On Peace Officers Memorial Day, NTEU joins the nation in acknowledging the federal employees who, in addition to being civil servants, carry the distinction of Law Enforcement Officer.
Those NTEU members who swear an oath to protect and serve wear the uniform and carry the badge for Customs and Border Protection, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, National Park Service and Department of Defense bravely face danger on any given day on the job.
NTEU expresses our deepest appreciation to all law enforcement for their courage and commitment to protecting others, no matter the cost.
